We helped Circle K bring a retail conference to the next level, by doing an industry first in The Aviva Stadium. For the first time since Covid, this event brought together managers and supervisors from all across Ireland, so we had to make sure that all these staff members were at the centre of the show.
Over 250 guests sat side by side in the west stand of the Aviva overlooking our spectacular pitchside creation. This was everyone’s first proper get together since covid, so this day was filled with activities from morning until night. After the conference day, guests celebrated into the early hours of the night with dancing to The VIPs band and DJ.
Several Team building activities were organised throughout the day, including an ice break over breakfast, as well as a group painting activity, which brought all the individual pieces into one overall giant mural. The 4 core Circle K pillars resonated throughout the conference and the venue. With digital graphics, print and even on TShirts & lanyards.
MAVRIX created a spectacle out of this, when we filled it with music, lights and haze. This pumped our guests for the day ahead, while giving them a flavour of what players experience on match day. Once pitchside, they took to the stand, just like punters at a rugby match. For the first time in the history of the Aviva, MAVRIX created a personalised stage for a corporate client. We took an empty forum and built a festival, with full A/V, stage, band, DJ & food stalls surrounding. All of which overlooked the pitch from a height.
