Join The Circle
We collaborated with Circle K to create a 1,000 plus attendees conference and to officially launch Circle K in Ireland. Dublin’s iconic Convention Centre was the ideal setting to execute our creative concept: Join the Circle.
TV3 presenter Claire Brock MC’d the event and conference. We designed a theatrical, multi-screen projection to act as a backdrop for all of the speakers on the day. The main auditorium stage was accentuated with static lighting, creating an incredible circular perimeter that reflected the core of our concept.
We used a replica Circle K forecourt canopy with LED lighting as a registration area for attendees. Guests also found their voice taking part in our Circle K Carpool Karaoke session. We then recorded and edited clips of guest performances for display on the main stage later that evening safe to say it brought a few smiles all-round in the crowd.
We also connected people remotely via a live Facebook broadcast, whilst a bespoke greetings video from Circle K teams around the world concluded our “Join the Circle” theme and experience.
Later, guests were invited to The Inner Circle, an exclusive zone housed within an indoor marquee inside the exhibition space. Here, Circle K Ireland teams showcased new products, technology and services on offer within the company.
We also parked a stylish,1950’s hotdog truck in this area to promote the brand’s new food offering and constructed Circle K’s new, fully-operational carwash and forecourt for guests to experience.
Lastly, we used the entire front facade of the Convention Centre as a canvas to display an animated Circle K lighting projection, creating an impressive visual spectacle.
The result was an ‘all-round’ innovative, visual spectacle to connect Circle K’s colleagues new and old all around the world.
Our creative work included ideation, 3D rendering/CAD design, dinner table design and production of 100 unique centerpieces, video production/animation, print management, content development and event design/dressing.
And our production work included creation of 50m stage set with circular projection site, 10 x bespoke exhibition stands with catering support, exterior video mapping/content creation
lighting design/LED pixel mapping, conference app creation/management, talent management/riders, and RSVP/Hotel management/ground transport for delegates.
