We collaborated with Circle K for their big launch, or entry into the market, in Ireland. We created and developed ‘The Social Circle’ concept – designed to welcome its one thousand plus guests (new employees) into an exclusive, inviting social setting, befitting of both the occasion and the brand.
The event was hosted by Nicky Byrne and included a performance from the esteemed Irish magician, Keith Barry. An internal awards ceremony was also part of the evening’s entertainment offering this resulted in us producing a talent show entitled ‘Circle K’s got Talent’ that included seven live performances and live voting through a custom event app.
Our circle theme was continued in all other details from the table settings, to the staging, florals, and menus. Each of the one thousand plus guests were treated to a banquet of fine food and wine all evening. While entertainment saw a ‘Battle of the Bands’ take to the stage in an 80s versus 90s pop battle. Music from both decades went head-to-head one the main stage and on a packed dance floor.
We proudly brought this even from ideation to completion including venue management, entertain management, installations and video production. The result was that The Social Circle provided the Circle K team an opportunity to connect, network, and build relationships within an intimate and social setting. Relationships were established and friendships forged. Ours among them.
