The Retail Show
MAVRIX created a live game show scenario that allowed speakers to deliver crucial company content and statistics in a fun, fast-paced way. From loud fog horns to giant foam fingers and on-the-spot quiz show questions, attendees were kept active and engaged from the moment the show commenced.
Together with our client, the MAVRIX in-house team created and produced the conference identity design, 3D rendering, CAD design, logo animation, video production, custom-built tiered seating, set design, projection mapping, lighting design, RSVP/guest and accommodation management.
This event was a resounding success, with our happy partner remaking that “it will be a hard one to beat next year!”
Our circle theme was continued in all other details from the table settings, to the staging, florals, and menus. Each of the one thousand plus guests were treated to a banquet of fine food and wine all evening. While entertainment saw a ‘Battle of the Bands’ take to the stage in an 80s versus 90s pop battle. Music from both decades went head-to-head one the main stage and on a packed dance floor.
We proudly brought this even from ideation to completion including venue management, entertain management, installations and video production. The result was that The Social Circle provided the Circle K team an opportunity to connect, network, and build relationships within an intimate and social setting. Relationships were established and friendships forged. Ours among them.
